WESTBURY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: NYB - News) (the “Company”) today announced that its chairman, president, and chief executive officer, Joseph R. Ficalora, will be one of four participants in a panel discussion on commercial real estate lending at the RBC Capital Markets Financial Institutions Conference in Boston on September 23, 2009. The panel discussion is scheduled to commence at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time and to continue until 12:25 p.m.
