WARREN, Pa. (AP) -- Northwest Savings Bank on Monday said it completed its acquisition of Keystone State Savings Bank, a Pennsylvania-based bank with one branch office.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The branch opened as an office of Northwest Savings Bank on Monday. It's the company's 29th in the Pittsburgh area.
As of Sept. 30, Keystone held $25.6 million and equity capital. Northwest has over $7 billion in assets and 171 community banking facilities in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, Maryland, and Florida.
Shares of Northwest Bancorp Inc., Northwest Savings Bank's parent company, fell 8 cents to $22.99 in afternoon trading.
