EVANSVILLE, Ind. (AP) -- Old National Bancorp said Monday that it started a public offering of $150 million shares of its common stock.
The holding company for Old National Bank said it plans to use the offering's net proceeds for general corporate purposes and for potential acquisitions.
Old National Bancorp plans to give the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 15 percent of the shares offered to cover any overallotments.
