Eastern Time, Joseph Rupp, Chairman, President and CEO; John Fischer, Vice President and CFO; John McIntosh, Vice President and President Chlor-Alkali Products Division, and Larry Kromidas, Assistant Treasurer and Director, Investor Relations will review Olin Corporation's first quarter 2009 earnings. Prepared remarks will be followed by a question and answer period.
