TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 9, 2009) - Ontex Resources Limited ("Ontex") (TSX:ONT - News) announces that the term of its common share purchase warrants ("Warrants") expiring November 22, 2009 will be extended to November 22, 2010. The Warrants were originally issued in connection with a private placement of units completed in November 2007 and subsequently extended until November 22, 2009. There are currently 3,572,727 Warrants outstanding. None of the Warrants are held by insiders of Ontex.
