BENSALEM, Pa. (AP) -- Michael Vesey, the president and chief operating officer of Orleans Homebuilders Inc., has died, the company said Friday.
The homebuilder did not disclose Vesey's age or exact cause of death.
It announced earlier in August that Vesey was taking a second leave of absence related to an undisclosed medical condition.
Vesey had worked for Orleans Homebuilders for more than 22 years. The company said his duties will be carried out by existing managers.
Shares of Orleans Homebuilders rose 5 cents to close at $4.05 Friday.
