- pursuant to item 5 of subsection 633(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Corporations Act), a copy of Paladin Energy Ltd's (Paladin) bidder's statement in relation to Paladin's off-market takeover bid for all the fully paid ordinary shares in Fusion Resources Limited (Fusion) (Bidder's Statement);

- pursuant to subsection 633(4) of the Corporations Act, a notice confirming the people to whom information is to be sent under items 6 and 12 of subsection 633(1) of the Corporations Act in relation to Paladin's off-market takeover bid for all the fully paid ordinary shares in Fusion; and

For the purposes of section 630(4) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Paladin Energy Limited gives notice declaring that the conditions to its takeover offers for all the fully paid ordinary shares in Fusion Resources Limited ("Offers"), set out in sections 12.8(e) and 12.8(f) of its bidder's statement dated 17 December 2008, have been fulfilled.
