ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:PTNR - News)(TASE:PTNR), a leading Israeli mobile communications operator, announced the appointments of Mr. Jacob Perry (appointed on behalf of the Company's Israeli founding shareholders and their approved substitutes) and Dr. Shlomo Nass to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Ilan Ben-Dov will serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
