RADNOR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Penn Virginia Corporation (NYSE: PVA - News) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05625 per share payable November 19, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2009. This will be the Company’s 451^st consecutive quarterly dividend payment.
