RADNOR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE:PVR - News) and Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. (NYSE:PVG - News) today announced that they will separately release their third quarter 2009 results after the market closes on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 and hold a joint conference call / webcast on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. ET.
