PetroSun CEO Gordon LeBlanc, Jr. will meet with Shanghai Jun Ya Yan Development Company, Ltd during the first week of December in Shanghai to finalize agreements related to the proposed commercial operations in YanCheng, Xiangshui County and New Zone Cixi, Zhejiang. The Company and Shanghai Jun Ya Yan have agreed to establish algae-to-biofuel farm systems within these designated economic development zones, subject to final approvals from the governing bodies.

The Company will also be engaged in meetings relating to the establishment of algae farm systems in the Pearl River Delta and South China Sea regions. These meetings will also address the harvesting of open water algae blooms along the coastline as a source of feedstock for conversion to biofuels, animal feed, fertilizer or other products.
