LAS VEGAS, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK - News) announced today that it will release its 2009 third quarter and year-to-date financial results on Thursday, October 29, 2009 prior to the market opening, followed by a conference call on the same day at 1:00 p.m. ET (10:00 a.m. PT).
