Don Ceci, Chief Executive Officer of Power Air, noted, "One of our key objectives was to bring to market our Company's first commercial products and transition to a revenue-generating company in the first quarter of 2009. With this launch, we remain on pace to accomplish this important goal."

Power Air's small, slim and lightweight ZPowerpacs provide users with portable power -- anywhere, anytime -- to recharge power hungry handheld electronic devices, including wireless phones, smartphones, PDAs, digital music players and portable gaming systems. The ZPowerpac7 provides up to 1500 charges (depending on the device); and the ZPowerpac13 provides up to 2500 charges (also depending on the device). Packaged along with the ZPowerpacs are an AC adapter, a universal USB charging cable, and five interchangeable connector tips to match a variety of standard mobile devices. Additional connector tip kits are also available for purchase.

"Major global demand for auxiliary power units, with an annual growth rate forecasted at over 25% in 2009, is being fueled by explosive growth of wireless handheld devices. We expect that well over one billion cell phones alone will be sold worldwide in 2009. With our new rechargeable power packs now available for distribution in North America, Power Air can begin to play a much more meaningful role in delivering power where and when mobile consumers want and need it," added Ceci.

The Company will be showcasing its power packs at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January 2009.
