CAMARILLO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Power-One, Inc. (NASDAQ:PWER - News), a leading provider of power conversion and power management solutions, announced the appointment of Kevin Trosian as Vice President, Investor Relations. In this key role, Mr. Trosian will lead Power-One’s communications with investors and the financial community on a global basis.

Prior to joining Power-One, Mr. Trosian was a Director of Tower 12 Consulting, LLC, a consulting and financial advisory firm. He provided advice and expertise in investor relations, developed marketing and strategic initiatives, and led multiple capital raises and acquisitions for clients. Prior to Tower 12 Consulting, Mr. Trosian held the role of Senior Analyst and Vice President, Equity Research at both Wedbush Morgan Securities and Banc of America Securities.

Mr. Trosian received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and a BA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
