Praxair declares dividend of 40 cents

Praxair declares quarterly dividend of 40 cents, payable on Dec. 15

DANBURY, Conn. (AP) -- Industrial gas producer Praxair Inc. said Wednesday its board declared a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on Dec. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec. 7.
