Premier Financial sets regular quarterly dividend

Premier Financial announces regular quarterly dividend of 11 cents

HUNTINGTON, W. Va. (AP) -- Premier Financial Bancorp Inc. on Friday announced it will issue a cash dividend of 11 cents per share for its third quarter.

The dividend will be paid Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 15.
