RPM International boosts dividend

RPM International raises quarterly cash dividend to 20.5 cents a share

MEDINA, Ohio (AP) -- RPM International Inc. said Thursday that its board increased its regular quarterly cash dividend to 20.5 cents a share.

The dividend -- which represents a 2.5 percent increase over the company's previous dividend of 20 cents -- will be paid on Oct. 30 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 19.

RPM's subsidiaries make coatings, sealants, home and boat maintenance products and industrial supplies.

RPM shares fell 13 cents to $18.83 in afternoon trading.
