("Redex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RDX - News; FRANKFURT:W1F - News) announces the appointment of Ms. Marie-Josée Leboeuf as interim Vice president Sales and marketing who cumulates over than 15 years of experience in the field of sales having work Nivel et de Jay Norris, Birks. Redex also announces the appointment of Mr. Abderrazak Boughanmi as director of the Corporation. Mr. Boughanmi will make the Corporation benefit from his more than 30 years of experience in real estate.
Moreover, the Board of Directors appoints Guy Descôteaux as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. Mr. Descôteaux, who remains the Chief Financial Officier, is an executive officer and a director of the Corporation since its constitution and perfectly knows the goals to achieve. Those changes in the management are effective as of this day.
