Revlon names Richard Santagati to board
Revlon appoints Richard Santagati as a director; board now has 12 members

NEW YORK (AP) -- Beauty products company Revlon Inc. said Friday that it named Richard J. Santagati as a board member.
Santagati, 66, previously served as president and CEO of Artel Communications Corp. He most recently served as president of Merrimack College in Massachusetts.
Santagati's addition brings Revlon's board members to 12 members, with eight independent directors.
Revlon shares rose 18 cents, or 2.2 percent, to $8.42 in morning trading.
