Rusoro Grants Incentive Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 27, 2012) - Rusoro Mining Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RML.V - News) ("Rusoro" or "the Company") -

Rusoro has granted incentive options under its Stock Option Plan to certain directors, officers and employees for the purchase of a total of 11,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company. The options are exercisable on or before January 26, 2017 at a price of (CAD) $0.14 per share, being the closing price of the Company's share on the TSX Venture Exchange as at today's date.
