VANCOUVER, Sept. 29 /CNW/ - Rusoro Mining Ltd. (the "Company" or "Rusoro") announces that it has prepared and filed on SEDAR a revised Information Circular for its Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2009. The Information Circular contains enhanced disclosure relating to executive compensation including procedures for determining same.
