SeaChange names FalconStor CEO to board

Server company SeaChange International names FalconStor CEO to board

ACTON, Mass. (AP) -- SeaChange International Inc. said Thursday it has named ReiJane Huai, CEO of the network storage software company FalconStor Software Inc., to its board.

Prior to joining FalconStor, Huai served as executive vice president for the software maker CA Inc. in Asia.

Shares of SeaChange, which provides software and hardware for video-on-demand television services, were down a penny at $7.49 in afternoon trading.
