Making a first-time entry into the DQ-BES survey, Sify has been ranked 13 this year. The company scored on its transparent online appraisal system.

The survey highlighted Sify employees' appreciation of the transparent online appraisal system with clear goals and performance benchmarks. Employees are also given the freedom to innovate and undertake risks. The company's culture was also appreciated.
