The key components of the SimulScribe and Ditech Networks partnership are:

• Markets and channels - VTT was originally offered directly to consumers, but has evolved to become a voice service offered by carriers. Ditech Networks will immediately begin selling SimulScribe VTT through its existing carrier relationships and will begin assuming responsibility for SimulScribe’s service provider and enterprise customers.
• Technology – Effective immediately, SimulScribe will integrate Ditech Networks voice quality improvement algorithms (VQA), which significantly increase the accuracy of voice recognition services, into the SimulScribe platform.
• Innovation - SimulScribe products are a key element of future voice services, and are accessible through open, web-based API's. These API's, combined with the mStage-related API's being developed by Ditech Networks, will allow operators to build leading edge voice applications. SimulScribe’s VTT solution is already integrated with Ditech Network's toktok application, which showcases the future of voice for operators.

Effective immediately, Ditech Networks will begin offering SimulScribe’s SimulAuto, SimulHybrid, and ScribeALL products.
