Standard & Poor's Announces Changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

TORONTO, Oct. 27 /CNW/ - Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, October 27, 2009:

	    -  The shares of Grey Island Systems International Inc. (TSXV:GIS) will
	       be removed from the index. The company has been acquired via an
	       Arrangement Agreement by WebTech Wireless Inc. (TSX:WEW).
	    -  The shares of Sabina Silver Corporation (TSXVN:SBB) will trade under
	       the new name Sabina Gold & Silver Corporation and the new CUSIP number
	       785246 10 9. There is no change to the ticker symbol and no
	       consolidation of capital.
	    
Company additions to and deletions from an S&P equity index do not in any way reflect an opinion on the investment merits of the company.
