NEW YORK, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --NetScout Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: NTCT - News) will replace Bankrate Inc. (Nasdaq: RATE - News) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Wednesday, September 23. Apax Partners is acquiring Bankrate in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date.
