Steve Madden in exclusive deal with Dualstar Entertainment on new Olsenboye brand

LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y. (AP) -- Steve Madden Ltd. said Monday that it entered an exclusive licensing deal with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's Dualstar Entertainment Group to design, make and distribute footwear and accessories for their new Olsenboye brand.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Olsenboye will be available in certain J.C. Penney stores and on the department store operator's Web site during the holidays. J.C. Penney will have a full launch of the brand in the spring.
