Strathmore Retains Peter Grandich as Investor Relations Consultant
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - 10/09/09) - STRATHMORE MINERALS CORP. ("Strathmore") (TSX-V:STM - News) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to engage Mr. Peter Grandich as an investor relations consultant. Mr. Grandich will be paid $1,500 per month on a month to month basis, and has been granted options to purchase 100,000 common shares at $.55 per share in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange for a period of 2 years beginning October 5, 2009.
