RIVERHEAD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Suffolk Bancorp (NASDAQ - SUBK) announced that the Board of Directors, at its regular meeting on August 31, 2009, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share of common stock to all shareholders of record on September 15, 2009, payable on October 1, 2009.
