RED BANK, NJ--(Marketwire - 08/26/09) - TGI Solar Group (Pinksheets:TSPG - News), a provider of solar energy products and solutions, announced today that it has received an equity investment and a $1 million revolving line of credit from VNG Invest Sprl, parent company of Prime Solar srl, its new strategic partner, with offices in Brussels, Belgium. The funds will be used for working capital and energy related projects.
