At the meeting, Marios Hamboullas and Yiannakis C. Economou were newly elected as Class II directors of the Company's Board of Directors. In addition, the shareholders approved the amendment of the Company's Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation to increase its authorized common stock, par value $0.01 per share, to one billion (1,000,000,000) shares and also approved the appointment of Deloitte, Hadjipavlou, Sofianos & Cambanis S.A. as the Company's independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009.
