TRC Announces Delay of Fourth-Quarter and Year-End Fiscal 2009 Financial Results Conference Call

LOWELL, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TRC Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TRR - News) today announced that its conference call originally scheduled for September 14, 2009 at 9 a.m. has been postponed. TRC and its independent accounting firm require more time than initially anticipated to complete the review and audit of the Company’s fiscal 2009 financial results. As a non-accelerated filer, TRC is required to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission 90 days from the close of the fiscal year. As a result, the Company plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 on or about September 28, 2009.

TRC will issue a news release once the date and time for its year-end financial results conference call and webcast has been finalized.
