SOUTH SURREY, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Company wishes to report that it has retained the services of an independent consultancy to prepare National Instrument 43-101 compliant technical reports for its Kibara and Lunguya gold properties in the Lake Victoria Greenstone Belt of Tanzania.

Both properties are located in geological environments that are known to host significant gold deposits including producing mines. The 43-101 compliant technical reports will be utilized to guide aggressive exploration programs on the properties in the coming months.
