Netflix has been declining today after the it lowered its third-quarter U.S. subscriber growth forecast to 21.8 million for streaming and 14.2 million for its DVD service, down from 22 million and 15 million, respectively. Netflix recently instituted higher prices for users of its DVD delivery service.
Baidu’s online travel site, Qunar.com, plans to file for an IPO next year. The Chinese search company invested $306 million in Qunar in June, making it the company’s new majority shareholder.
