Teekay LNG Partners L.P. Declares Fourth Quarter Distribution

HAMILTON, BERMUDA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 2, 2009 -- Teekay GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners L.P. (the Partnership) (NYSE:TGP - News), has declared a cash distribution of $0.57 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2008. The cash distribution is payable on February 13, 2009 to all unitholders of record on February 6, 2009.
