BEAVERTON, OR--(Marketwire - 10/26/09) - Tektronix, Inc., a leading supplier of test, measurement, and monitoring products and solutions, today completed the acquisition of the Test & Measurement business from Sypris Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:SYPR - News) for $39.0 million.
