TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 19, 2009) - TEXADA SOFTWARE INC. ("Texada", or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TXS - News) announced today the granting of 225,000 incentive stock options, subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange and in accordance with the provisions of the stock option plan of the Company, to directors and officers of the Company. Each stock option is exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 per share until October 19, 2014. The options are subject to vesting provisions.
