The Laclede Group board increases dividend

The Laclede Group board of directors increases dividend by 1 cent

ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Gas company The Laclede Group Inc. said Thursday its board of directors boosted the quarterly dividend by 1 cent.

The dividend is now 39.5 cents, up from 38.5 cents and will be payable Jan. 4 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 11.

Shares of The Laclede Group fell 84 cents, or 2.6 percent, to close at $31.60.
