Retzer Dorvilus is a product of P.C. Professor. He has successfully completed the Microsoft requirements and has been recognized as an MCP, MCSA, MCSE, and MCTS. Mr. Dorvilus has such a wealth of knowledge in building and repairing of computers that after graduating from Foley-Belsaw Institute, he established his own computer store, Retzer Electronics Engineering Computer Service Center. Determined to share his knowledge, he has finished writing his first book, The True Beginner's Guide To Computer Literacy. He has traveled extensively to Mexico, Jamaica, and Haiti, to name a few, and has taught for over ten years in four languages.
