Tim Hortons declares quarterly dividend of 10 Candian cents, payable Dec. 15

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- Restaurant operator Tim Hortons Inc. on Friday announced a regular quarterly dividend of 10 Canadian cents (9.2 cents) payable Dec. 15 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 1.

Due to the company's reorganization as a Canadian public company as of Sept. 28, dividends are declared and paid in Canadian dollars to all Canadian shareholders. U.S. shareholders' dividends will be converted to U.S. dollars based on exchange rates at that time.
