CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Unitrin, Inc. (NYSE: UTR - News) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share payable on November 30, 2009 to its shareholders of record as of November 13, 2009.
