OMAHA, Neb., Sept. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Valmont Industries, Inc. (NYSE: VMI - News) has declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share payable on October 15, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 25, 2009. The dividend indicates an annual rate of 60.0 cents per share.
Valmont is a global leader in designing and manufacturing poles, towers and structures for lighting and traffic, wireless communication and utility markets, and is a provider of protective coating services. Valmont also leads the world in mechanized irrigation equipment for agriculture, enhancing food production while conserving and protecting natural water resources.
