(NYSE Amex: VSR) will hold a conference call at 2:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 to discuss the Company’s operational performance and financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 26, 2009. Versar will release its fiscal year 2009 financial results before the market opens that morning and plans to file its Form 10-K on Monday, September 21, 2009.
