SPRINGFIELD, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Versar, Inc. (NYSE Amex:VSR) and Lemko Corporation, which formed a strategic partnership in April of 2009, are pleased to announce they have successfully teamed with rural wireless broadband carriers to submit grant applications of more than $150 million under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) for selected rural carriers in Pennsylvania, North Dakota, Wisconsin and New York.

These comprehensive grant applications offer an all-inclusive, 4G-ready, mobile broadband solution featuring Lemko’s Node1^TM mobile broadband cellular system and Versar’s professional construction and project management services.
