LOS ANGELES, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The California Disabled Veterans Business Alliance honors those who have served in all wars, welcomes back those from deployment to Iraq and hosts the ultimate patriotic ceremony as 100 young men and women are sworn into active duty.

Special guest of honor is 81 year old Tibor Rubin, one of 94 living Medal of Honor recipients, who waited 45 years to be recognized after his heroism in Korea. He is a Southern California resident and the only Holocaust survivor to receive the nation's highest honor.

Also present at the breakfast will be 300 disabled veterans, active duty military, celebrity guests and community leaders ranging from Tommy Lasorda to Nancy Sinatra to Lou Ferrigno and Jon Voight along with 20 other film, TV and sports figures.

Recognized nationally for serving California's two million veterans, more than 200,000 of them disabled, the Alliance has been a prime factor in California's commitment to help disabled veteran small business owners start and grow companies. The return of more than 1.5 million veterans from the war in Iraq and the high unemployment has created an increased need for helping them become "vetrepreneurs."
