PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Viad Corp (NYSE:VVI - News) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share on the common stock. The dividend is payable October 1, 2009 to stockholders of record September 11, 2009.
