The award was made on July 28 in Beijing at HC 360's 2009 Electronics Industry Summit Forum and China Electronics Industry Top 10 Awards Ceremony. Attendees included Ms. Guan Baiyu, IC director of the Electronic Information Division of the Ministry of Industry and Informatization; Mr. Xu Xiaotian, secretary-general of the China Semiconductor Industry Association; Mr. Liu Shuguang, deputy secretary-general of the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce; and Mr. Jimmy Goodrich, U.S. information technology officer.
