HERZLIA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VocalTec Communications Ltd. (NasdaqCM:VOCL), a global provider of carrier-class multimedia and voice-over-IP solutions for communication service providers, announced today that over 10 service providers in Brazil have selected VocalTec as their VoIP/NGN provider.

The telecommunications market in Brazil is by far the largest market in Latin America, with Voice over IP positioned as one of the fastest growing sectors in this market. With over 2 million VoIP subscribers today, market research estimates that the VoIP market in Brazil will grow by around 40% in 2010.
