BRIGHTON, England, November 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Letsbuyit.co.uk, the UK's only all-in-one shopping and price comparison website, has partnered with Monster.co.uk and Accorhotels.com to announce that it's recruiting for an international shopping consultant whose sole responsibility is to travel the globe sourcing the best shopping hotspots.

This one-month contract, which offers a salary of EUR5,000 and a shopping budget of EUR10,000, will take the successful applicant to New York, London, Paris, Milan, Hong Kong, Berlin and Tokyo. As an added sweetener, the new employee will fly business class and put their feet up in some of the world's most luxurious hotels. This job isn't for the light-hearted though, as key responsibilities include finding the best deals in each city and sharing your shopping experiences with others via a daily, online blog of photos, comments and videos.

Pauline Dubuc, co-managing director of letsbuyit.co.uk, comments: "We're not necessarily looking for someone with bags of experience, however the candidate must have a real passion and expertise for shopping. We will need someone with a huge amount of stamina though, as you'll be travelling to all four corners of the globe and pounding miles of pavement!"

To enter, interested applicants will need to apply via http://job.letsbuyit.co.uk and complete a two-stage hiring process. Phase one is a pre-hire questionnaire, which will ascertain whether you are in fact a talented shopping expert and must be passed before candidates can advance to the next level.

Phase two involves creating and sending a video application to demonstrate your motivation and skills for the job. Letsbuyit.co.uk board members will grade these on originality, humour and shopping expertise - but most important of all is to get as many votes and recommendations from your friends, family and work colleagues as possible. Your video application can include anything you like. The opening date is 3rd November and tall applications must be received by 14th December at 12 noon. Details of the successful applicant will be revealed on 21st December 2009.
