WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WGL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:WGL - News) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3675 per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable November 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on October 9, 2009.

Dividends on the utility subsidiary’s preferred stock also are payable November 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on October 9, 2009.
